A project in progress (2017-2019), the recourse to art and psychology addressed to graduate students or graduates of Fine Arts, School of Fine Arts and Psycho-sciences in collaboration with a group of well-recognized and renowned artists and therapists, are going to meet in their “invisible-common” ground and converse with the general population.

The science – treatment in general, in contrast to art-poetry, recognizes and accepts only proposals with catholic application: The experiment is verified in every place, every time period by every scientist: aspirin moderates the headache to anyone.
Psychoanalysis has already, since its founder, raised, and still raises, scientific claims. This does not accord with its claim to a free communication, characterized by the uniqueness of each encounter, of every man, of every moment – here and now – a claim that removes psychoanalysis from science and associates it with life and art (K. Gomenetzis). Of course, there are exceptions, but the predominant attitude of psychoanalysis towards art can be characterized as arrogant: it makes the artwork the subject of its interpretations.
The artist, on the other hand, accomplishes the unspeakable, the unspeakable which does not have the exclusivity of himself but is found everywhere, in different beings, passes from the other side of the himself to the Other («Άλλον»), and allows the debouching of the surplus that dwells him, seeking for his personal healing and recognition in life and labor.
So a question arises: How will these two needs meet? How can artists_poets – therapists_ psychoanalysis converse?
Nowadays, it is usual phenomenon that the art and psychoanalysis discussion sources do not raise the voice of new ideas / management tools, on the contrary, blur and replicate, within them. Young artists are abstaining or discarding these art sources (banks) as their voice cannot be heard. Therapists try to interpret only the past and abstain from the “here and now”, which is the main demand for healing and art.
On the other hand, the general population accepts, passes by, despises or participates critically, wherever believes that is accessibly intimate to it.
Back to the “here and now” , on the occasion of “Documenda” 14, and everything that emerges, in the level of criticism, commentary and viewing, we backdate at the German philosophy and language, which is familiar to us, seeking for the endless movement of treatment and art.
In the German language, the verbatim of the words Bauen [built] and Wohnen [dwell] comes from different “versions” of the same word Bin – “I am” consisting of the existence of “dazein” [here] (M.Heidergger). The body has two versions: Leib [living body as a whole-human body] and Körper (body as an object of science, recognizable-body) that you use as a term everywhere.
Thus, by linking the ontological dimension of building, housing and the education, the first two acquire a conceptual, mental and psychological dimension, while education, on the other hand, its primary objective is to bring this sacredness to our relationship with the world and the others. It is the anthropological dimension of the living space and time. Moreover, it encounters the ontological dimension of education (K. Castoriadis), not as a reflective, technical-rational function but as an act, within a socio-historical context of “coexistence”.
As an interpretation, the artist is almost in a “psychotic state” in the artistic act, the one he lives in. This act is identical to the term “ataxia” («αταξία»). We can assume that this state might affect the ability of the artist / creator, who has learned to recognize the mental states that cause an act, as well as desires, senses, beliefs, etc. (even for himself and the others). There, in this symbolic loss, the difficulty of freedom from conscious writing and the expression of psycho-work become tangible and recognizable. In this artist-experience, there are also psychotic and non-psychotic elements. The artist must counts which part communicates with him each time. The psychotic is impatient and does not resist the difficulty, so he attacks the non-psychotic part. It also disguises in normality [Bion]. This can lead to a devotion for the bodies, people’s lives, consequently the “life of the artwork”, a communal ownership of “body-artist” and “procession-work”
Convinced that the artist performs social work , carrying these two bodies the discussions-presentations -artworks that will be implemented within the framework of this project and will be framed by artists who use various expressive means – painting, sculpture . What is more, it will investigate whether and how the different means of expression belong to this process of production of a live-body / intra-line (“endogrami”) project, which has as ultimately receiver the viewer himself, in “here and now”. Furthermore, it will be examined in what way this process, lives in the personal or collective myth of each of us as a “frontier”// “co-term” (σύνορο / συν-όρο).
By this criterion, no longer engaging the body in the “traditional” way but with the inward-living-body-intra-line- education-, the project will try to re-create. With the performance, it will be investigated how the means of expression in this process of “production” of the re-project reveals the surface of reading, projection, unconscious process that desires the “inside” creation of the participant / artist and theviewer .
This osmosis will reveal the elements that allow it to adopt, reject, analyze or even imagine ,however, their relationship with this [dazain] remains active as a cellular diary, discovering the mode/ the mean, which will be the tool for the benefit of future artists and therapists.
